Contact and property details you provide when booking — your name, email address, phone number, the inspection property address, and related inspection information.
To schedule and deliver your inspection, send your report and related documents, process payment and agreements, and communicate with you about your inspection by email and (with your consent) text message.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. Message frequency varies and is tied to your inspection. Message and data rates may apply. We use trusted vendors only to operate our service — for example, payment processing, email delivery, and text-message delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
