Program description

HOI Property Services sends transactional text messages to home-inspection clients who have provided their mobile number and opted in. Messages include inspection booking confirmations, day-before appointment reminders, and a post-inspection request to leave a review.

How to opt in

You consent to receive text messages when you provide your mobile number while booking a home inspection (verbally or on the booking form), when you enable the “Text message updates” toggle in your client portal, or by texting START to our number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is tied to your inspection — typically a few messages per inspection (confirmation, reminder, and a follow-up).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. HOI Property Services does not charge for these messages.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, by turning off “Text message updates” in your client portal, or by contacting us. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help.

Privacy
